Play and Circus
I am working with teams from Meriden Adventure Play Association and Circus Mash to look at Circus on Play sites. An exciting project training staff, putting young circus artists into the site and providing equipment - to see if there are gains in confidence, physical capacity, managing risk, co-operation

Review current training,, and look at engaging online methods, adapt and transfer ideas to current dynamic situation within the NHS, enable staff to create new training methodology for current content

I am working with a school in Mid Wales, looking to improve writing and confidence in speaking.  Over the course of 6 weeks> The programme includes  interviews, staff INSET, training young people in Circus, and then the pupils teaching others

Teamwork and Resilience

I have been working with a UK based company looking at staff challenge, communication and resilience.  After a pilot with senior managers I have been running sessions with "families"/teams in UK, Canada, USA, France and South Africa.  An interesting mix of physical challenge, stories and reflection
